Tree of Life Series. A Gilgai is a small impermanent waterhole formed during rain on the cracking clay soils of central Australia. The large ones are often surrounded by trees. Look into this pot and you will see the cracked surface of the soil and a clear blue pooling glaze giving ithe impression of reflections off water. Functional. Not foodsafe. Not suitable for dishwasher.
